Before proposing anything, we conduct a full diagnostic of your situation. This audit covers three dimensions simultaneously:
Strategic: your market position, competitive environment, growth opportunities and risks
Financial: your revenue structure, cost base, profitability by activity, tax optimisation levers
Operational: your organisation, processes, suppliers, contracts, IT systems and team
This phase takes one to three weeks depending on the complexity of your structure. It results in a clear, prioritised diagnosis that serves as the foundation for everything that follows.
Deliverable: Written audit report with findings, recommendations and prioritised action plan.

Based on the audit, we present a bespoke mandate proposal covering:
A precise scope of work: what we do, what we don't do
Defined deliverables with clear milestones
A realistic timeline
Transparent fees: fixed fee, monthly retainer or success fee depending on the nature of the mandate

Our model: Fixed fees for advisory and setup mandates. Success fees for financing (1–2%) and M&A transactions (4–6%).
